Bars & Nightclubs

Bar POS That Survives Saturday Night.

Open tabs, fast modifier entry, bottle-level inventory, and multi-bartender accountability — built for high-volume bar operations.

Open Tabs and Bar-Tab Transfers.

Open a tab on card pre-auth and add to it all night. Transfer tabs between bartenders or sections without closing out. Settlement at the end of the shift, not between every round.

Fast Modifier Entry — Rocks, Splash, Tall.

Common modifier shortcuts are one tap. Rocks, splash, neat, tall, extra — configured for your well and call list. The busiest bartender stays ahead of the queue.

Bottle-Level Inventory Tracking.

Track inventory by bottle, not just by category. Set par levels per spirit, get low-stock alerts before Saturday night, and reconcile pours against sales at end of week.

Multi-Bartender Accountability.

Each bartender logs in with their own credentials. Voids, comps, and transfers are attributed individually. Shift reports break down by bartender — no guessing who rang what.

Common Questions

How do open tabs work?
Pre-authorize a card to open a tab. Add drinks throughout the shift. Close and charge at the end of the night — or whenever the guest requests it.
Can I track inventory by individual bottle?
Yes. Set up each spirit with a par level. The system tracks depletion against sales and alerts you when a bottle falls below threshold.
What hardware do bars typically use?
An Android tablet per station, a receipt printer via USB OTG for guest receipts. Many bars run two or three tablets for a long bar top. Each is a separate location billed at $25/month.
Is there a per-drink or per-transaction fee?
No. $25/month flat per location. High-volume nights do not cost more than slow Tuesdays.
Can multiple bartenders use the same tablet?
Yes. Each bartender logs in with their own PIN or credentials. All actions are attributed to the logged-in staff member. Shift-end reports break down individually.
